Welcome to the research Lab led by Dr Talaat Abdelhamid in the Faculty of Electronic Engineering at Menoufia University, Menoufia, Egypt.

Mission of the research group

The Talaat Abdelhamid 's Lab tackles challenges in sustainability, energy, and engineering studies. Key research topics include:

  • Application of elasticity imaging inverse problem to identify Young’s modulus in the elasticity problems in human’s life is an interesting research area. we are working on identifying the modulus of elasticity, Poisson ratio, stresses, and strains, body forces, etc. for solving elasticity imaging inverse problem using different iterative schemes.

  • CFD blood flow simulation.

  • Soft Tissue Tumor Classification Using Machine Learning Algorithms (Early Diagnose and Detection).

  • Enhancement of the heat transfer properties of the electric components and heat exchangers.

  • Enhancement of the aerodynamics properties of the electric components and heat exchangers.

  • Development of An Efficient Framework for Skin Cancer.

  • Detection based on Artificial Intelligence Techniques.

In 2021 the Prof. Talaat has granted a fully funded project from the Science and Technology Development Fund (STDF) of Egypt, project No: 39385.

This project is Egypt-China Joint project for study High Performance Computing Algorithms and Software Development for Hemodynamics Analysis of Human Blood Flow
